Terms and conditions of use

Last updated 22 September 2026.

1. The party you are dealing with

These terms govern your use of mesaaxis.com ("Marble Reel Room", "we", "us"), operated by the operator of mesaaxis.com. Using the site means you accept them.

2. Who may take part here

Marble Reel Room is intended only for users aged 18 or over. By using it you confirm you are 18 or over.

3. The counter balance

  • Games use virtual coins supplied free of charge.
  • Coins have no monetary value and are not money, credit or property.
  • Coins cannot be purchased, sold, withdrawn, transferred or exchanged for money, goods, services or prizes. There are no in-app purchases.
  • No prize of real-world value is offered.
  • We may adjust or reset coins, levels and features at any time.

4. Not a gambling service

Marble Reel Room does not offer or promote real-money gambling, and does not link to gambling operators.

5. The account and its use

  • You need a free account to play. One account per person; do not share it.
  • Keep your password to yourself. Tell us at once if someone else has used your account.
  • If you sign in with Google, keeping that Google account secure is your responsibility, and you confirm the 18+ requirement here in the same way.
  • You can delete your account at any moment from your account page. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
  • We may suspend an account that is used to disrupt the site or that we believe belongs to someone under 18.
  • Coins, levels and missions belong to the account, not to you as property, and may be reset.

6. Conduct on the site

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, use automated tools against it, offer to trade coins, or let anyone under 18 use it.

7. The service as provided

The site is provided "as is". We may change or withdraw any part of it. A malfunction voids all plays and pays. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and your statutory rights are unaffected.

8. Law applying to these terms

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.

A free social room. No bet is accepted here.

Marble Reel Room is for adults aged 18 and over. Credits are virtual, hold no monetary value and cannot be purchased, sold, withdrawn or exchanged. Nothing in the room is for sale, no prize of real value exists, and a good run here predicts nothing about gambling for money.
